Do you have any concerns about making calls in English? Or, do you feel that you can already cope with telephone conversations but want to improve your skills? This course will be right for you! 

You will pick up useful expressions for speaking on the phone, as well as tips and strategies for telephone conversations. By practising typical situations on the phone, you will increase not only your overall language performance but particularly your fluency!  

Other topics include using an appropriate tone, the choice between formal vs. informal language and intercultural aspects.
